> 24 hourThese jeans have both a fitted and causal feel. The pocket detailing is subtle. They are so soft flexible- you can actually look stylish and move with ease! Sizing: I usually wear a 29 and these fit perfectly.

> 24 hourThese jeans are very comfortable, I wouldnt say they are stretchy, but they are soft and they mold nicely to your body making them flattering. They are well made and the good quality is evident. With that said, I did have a hard time trying to find my size, it was very confusing and I honestly just ended up guessing, the pair I got is a bit small, I wish I had ordered one size bigger, but even being a bit small they adjust to my curves perfectly. They are on the low rise end, they definitely dont go high enough to be anywhere near your belly button, which is what I thought by seeing the advertised pictures. And the one and only downside to these (and a bit of deal breaker for me) is how long they are. I am 51 , and Im used to a good amount of pants being a bit long on me due to my shortness, but these are extremely long, these are at least 4 or 5 inches longer than Im comfortable with, to fix these inwould have to cut a good amount of fabric off. Overall, these are nice jeans, comfortable and flattering, but sizing is complicated and they are extremely long.

> 24 hourThese Barbara jeans are my first experience with the Hudson brand. Im a Levis girl but these have impressed me! This Pure Shores wash is really beautiful and unique with minimal distressing, mostly focused on the bottom back hems. The fabric content consists of 93% cotton and 6% elastane. They have a sturdy denim feel with just a bit of stretch to keep them comfortable. I love the cut of these. I exclusively wear high-rise jeans and these have a 10.25 rise. They have a zip fly - I prefer a button fly but that is my love of Levis 501s showing. I appreciate the bootcut leg shape, a really nice departure from the skinny jean trend. For reference, I am 55 tall 110 lbs with a straight body shape and long limbs with a short torso. I typically wear a size 0 or XS, size 25 in Levis. I ordered these jeans in my typical size 25 and Id say that they are true-to-size. They have a comfortable and flattering fit. My biggest gripe about these is that they are so long! They have a 34.5 inseam. For reference, this is my 62 husbands inseam! So, I will be hemming these using a Euro hem. But, the frustrating thing is that the distressing on the bottom hems will be lost with hemming.

> 24 hourAnd when I say a bit much I mean a whole bunch much! Im 55 and these came almost 7 inches past my ankles. But the fit and comfort of these jeans are just too perfect to pass up. So Im having them tailored to match my height. I have a hard time finding jeans that fit my thighs and butt well (Im an athletic build with a round butt) and still coming in enough to fit my waist without gapping. These are perfect and also the exact right mix between structured jean material while still being stretchy enough to be comfortable. They fit and feel like the jeans you have owned for years and years and are your go-to.

> 24 hourThe first thing I noticed when I took these Hudson jeans out of the plastic is that the denim was soft, not the softest I’ve ever felt but definitely on the softer side. I had spent so much time trying to figure out which size this brand would fit me best that I neglected to notice the inseam is 34 ½” which is 2 ½” longer than the typical jeans. I am not tall, nor do I wear heels with my jeans, so these are ridiculously long on me. I can do an invisible hem myself, but that will take away the destruction detail of these jeans. It would be nice if they offered options for the inseam, 34 ½” excludes a lot of buyers. After wearing them for just a few hours, I do notice the denim relaxes and stretches out a good deal. Front pockets are decent for women’s jeans. My hand goes in nearly all the way, which, like I said, is pretty big for women’s jeans. As far as fit goes, due to illness and medication I’ve recently gained about 20 pounds so my typical size 6 AE jeans are getting a bit snug. I ordered these in a 30 kind of based on the measurements given, but mostly, I just guessed, lol. I’ve never really felt that those charts are all that accurate for me so I tried to find a comparison chart by brand, but was unsuccessful. The 30 ended up, fitting me perfectly aside from length, so I got pretty lucky. I do think the jeans are very flattering to my body shape. They look and feel like a great quality pair of jeans.
