For the entire kit that you get it just works wonders although I have seen people complaining about the quality of metal used for the bit’s but that gripe for me has not been an issue since you get a lifetime warranty on any and all parts to your iFixit kit

I replaced a lost older iFixit set with this one. It comes with everything you could need for pc building and tinkering with general electronics.

This is a solid toolkit. The driver is solid, has some nice weight, with stippling to ensure a good grip. It is wide, to aid in controlling how much torque you apply to the work-piece, and provides sufficient magnetization. The bits seem to be of good quality, and it looks as if the kit provides for just about every fastener you will encounter performing an electronics repair.

I enjoy taking apart broken electronics to explore an possibly fix them or hack them into new creations. All the tools in the kit are great. I really like the feel of the screwdriver. The bearing in the screwdrivers top makes one handed installation or removal of screws super simple.

I decided to buy this toolkit after 3 hours of hell trying to disassemble my macbook pro to change a damaged keyboard. I already had a set of precision screwdrivers, and experience in fixing laptops and general electronic equipment, but I was missing a lot of exotic driver bits to work on an Apple computer (and there is only so much you can do with a damaged screw extractor).

Took apart 4 consoles to reapply thermal paste and this worked great. I did have a pry tool break right off the bat, but just emailed them and they sent a replacement free of charge and fast. Great product and customer service!
