iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit - Electronics, Smartphone, Computer & Tablet Repair Kit

I bought this kit to replace the battery in my Lenovo Yoga 900 after watching someone on online using the kit. I like that the top of the bit holder becomes a sectioned tray for separating screws. It would be nicer it the top was totally flat so it doesn’t rock. That is my only suggestion to make it better. Other than that all of the pieces in the kit performed flawlessly. I expect it to last me a lifetime for the small amount of repairs I perform.

Seems pretty durable and has most of the drivers you need... Sadly I couldnt take my laptop apart with it because the screwdriver bits were not long enough to reach the screws in the holes on the case. I guess its only for phones and stuff like that. Was nice to have the pry bars and things like that for getting the little pieces apart and getting the case open.

i buyed for opening electronics this in the mood for learning arduino and things related , but the quality of the screwdriver is very good so i use for house work like to repair things in the bathroom and the kitchen. if the quality survive the pass of time may this be the best buy i ever do, but will see

Bought it for my husband for Christmas. We live in South Africa. So apart from shipping that is a little expensive, this kit is amazing value for money. And it shipped here so quickly which I appreciate a lot. Its amazing quality and all the bits are the precise sizes required for pc builds.

Theres so much cheap Chinese stuff on Amazon. This on the other hand is domestically made that I found recommended from a YouTube channel. Even down to the packaging, the build quality, presentation and tangibly rich feeling equipment makes this a no-brainer for anyone who wants to buy the best. Its not the cheapest, but couldnt or shouldnt be. Its old school American made equipment thats designed to outlive you and work better than anything else you can buy.
