A good solid case for carrying a laptop and its accessories. The backpack is designed for a 17 inch laptop. My 15 inch laptop was a comfortable fit with plenty of room left over in the laptop compartment for a mouse and my 3D printed risers. The extra pockets in the laptop compartment have room for peripherals such as an external drive and cables. The main compartment has room for the power cords with plenty of room left over for other items needed when traveling. The three exterior pockets provide space for smaller items. The pack is comfortable to shoulder and includes two handles on the top and side for hand carrying. All in all, the backpack was well designed for comfort and storage capacity.

It is a nice bag, with plenty of storage, and seemingly pretty nice quality. It is in between the size of a roller bag and a backpack. So while I would pack a roller bag to take on as a carry on, and a backpack to put under the seat in front of me, this bag is in between those two—less room for clothes than a roller bag, but probably too big, if full, to put under the seat in front of me. Truth is I haven’t traveled with it yet so I can’t be sure, but I’m pretty sure just from trying to pack stuff into it at the house. So if you are into packing super light, and don’t mind having all of your electronics in the overhead bin (or risk having to check it if the overheads fill up) then this bag could be perfect for you.

Great backpack overall. It counted as my personal item but it was big enough to hold so much stuff. The strap in the back is great so that it can attach to a rolling suitcase.

This backpack looks smaller than it did on listing photos; but no matter....it deceptively holds more than first seemed. Easily a weekends worth of clothes, toiletries and still room for the tech (laptop, tablet, cords, and chargers) and other miscellaneous items. I recently found myself needing to take an elderly relative on a weekend trip to go see about another relative. We were flying and I knew I would need my hands free for wheeling them through the airport (good luck finding a skycap these days!) and handling their bag(s). So this backpack was perfect, because it packs like luggage, but designed to carry like a backpack. The fit under seat was not great but overhead worked out, so all good. Carry handles on both the top and side, makes this easy to handle and avoids putting unnecessary stress on shoulder straps when tossing onto security check belt, in the trunk, etc. and just enough exterior pockets to store keys, flight credentials, and other items you may need to get at quickly during travel. The material seems durable (didnt really give it a workout...but no rips noticed yet) and the zippers are strong. The breathable back material is also a plus, as well as the strap to attach to wheeled luggage frame. The two main compartments are both closed by double-zipper, making it possible to lock and check this bag should you decide not to use as carry-on....adding to the flexibility. To that end, it would have been nice if the shoulder straps were stowable like other similar bags Ive seen. One side note, the backpack did arrive a little dirty....a couple of yellow stains at the top. The bag didnt look used, so it appears the stains came either from shipping or warehouse storage. The clear packaging tape used to keep the clear plastic wrap secure around the backpack had the same yellow-ish tent. I really needed this bag for a trip and didnt have time to pivot to a Plan B so I just suffered it to be so. Otherwise I would have sent back for a replacement. This has no bearing on my star rating as it is still a nice backpack; but Im making note of it nonetheless. My suggestion to suppliers (if youre reading this) is to package this better.

I got this backpack for travel, especially flying. I tend to pack light and only take a personal item as its always free and I carry on when its included. So I was looking for a bag that fit typical personal item dimensions (14x18x8) and was convenient to carry. This bag fit the bill in every way! First of all it opens like a suitcase which I love! It is designed to hold clothing and has the strap to tie them down. It is absolutely full of pockets everywhere to allow access to multiple items. Some of my favorite features is the drink holder on the side, the padded laptop sleeve inside and the almost hidden pocket on the front thats behind a different pocket! That one would be great for your wallet as its easily accessible but hard to see. This has both a handle on top as well as on the side for carrying. The backpack straps are padded although only slightly. I mention this because if your backpack was extra heavy or you had a long commute between terminals, it will dig into your shoulders. The material feels very durable and I like the grey color with a slight pinned pattern because it will hide dirt/scuffs from travel. Perfect bag for travel although it also has places for pens, keys and other school supplies if you want to use it for school or work as well. Very versatile and a great fit for my needs!

Was hoping to do some travelling after getting this backpack and was anxious to try out the laptop lay-flat feature for tsa scanning. Unfortunately that didnt happen, but I still like the feature and am ready whenever the next opportunity comes. The luggage area actually fits a lot of things and overall the construction of the backpack is very well made. I look forward to using this for many years.
