This was part of a 1st birthday gift, and he loves it! The sea turtle is really cute, and the whole thing is made with decent quality materials. The three pieces on the end jingle for noise, and it hangs from a locking ring so you can hang it anywhere.

I have attached this to my babys jungle mat so it hangs down and she always goes for it.

Parents liked it!

My little one loves bopping this around, stares at the turtle, and grabs the hanging creatures.
