Purchased on 7/29. Received on 7/30. I opened the intel box and it only contained a used stock cooler, no cpu. Returned an hour and a half after receiving.

Installed in a new build Asrock Z790 and the cpu works perfect. I am very pleased I selected an Intel cpu vs an AMD.

its so fast for video editing that I cant even fully use it without having super speed
