> 3 dayMy old win 10 machine died and I wanted win 11 pro so I got the NUC-12. What a surprise, the fastest machine I have ever owned. I upgraded to 64 gb of ram and typically run 1-2% cpu 10% ram and my disk chanels are swamped. The result of having 6gb hard disks on a 40 gb thunderbolt 4 port. Will be fixed soon and machine should perform as designed. A lesson for those who plan to attach old stuff to a new lightning fast workhorse in an amazingly small package.

Greater than one weekFor me, this NUC 12 has been fantastic. I was immediately taken by how goodlooking and compact the packaging was when I first got the device. The intel really knows that how to hold something of a high caliber.

> 3 dayThis replaced a Dell i7 tower computer and runs rings around it! Dont let the small size fool you, this is a powerful computer in a small package. Added a thunderbolt to HDMI adapter in order to hook up my 3rd monitor and ran flawlessly. Cant recommend this enough!

> 3 dayI got the unit as a bare-bones systems. I installed 64GB RAM and a 2 TB SATA drive. Ethernet was upgraded to 10GbE with the help of a thunderbolt 3 QNAP adapter. Performance is great with Windows 10, 11 and Ubuntu (22.10). The internal 2.5G Ethernet (intel i225-v) works just fine.

> 3 dayI’d like to note that an NVME with a heat sink will not fit unless you remove the SATA bay. I have a 2TB nvme and 64GB RAM running Proxmox with several VMs on this thing.

> 3 dayI researched towers for one month solid before choosing this little guy! The NUC12 Wall Street Canyon 12th GEN i7-1260 is exactly what Ive always wanted in a computer! Small but gosh darn powerful and fast! It starts right up, no waiting about 5 minutes like I had to on my old computer. Its small enough to not get in the way or take up too much space. And quiet-you can barely hear the fan run when it does. Windows 11 PRO to me is better than WIN 10 because I m setting this one up myself and I couldnt figure out how to do it on any of my others. And I got a darn good price at $918-Im happy with it. Couldnt be happier with where I bought it either-the GEEKPlus Store-the Computer Mall and Cathy who assured me that with its 3 year warranty I wouldnt need to bother with an added protection plan. Everythings working really well and I seem to find something new about it every day. If your wondering if its a good deal, I say YES! It most certainly is !Worth every penny I spent and then some! GET ONE! Fire

21-12-2024The intel NUC pro kit and mini pc works right out of the box. I made the buy due to my Dell of 12 years not being unable to upgrade to windows 11. Glad I did !! I didn’t know what I was missing. The Bluetooth and wireless perform awe. The connections are plenty for such a compact pc. The mini is even perfect for the NOVICE*****. Lastly the machine is FAST yes!!! I have not experienced anything negative after almost 3 weeks of operation. Thank you for being able to enjoy the PC.
