Great looking leather bag. I’ve had it almost 2 years now. It held up for about a year before I started to see some problems. First the liner ripped, which was annoying but I still used it. A few months later the strap buckle broke, alas I still used it! Shortly after, the main zipper failed and it will no longer zip up. As others said, the leather and design are great but the hardware doesn’t last. Unfortunate because I absolutely loved it.

Had this bag for 3 month zipper on top broke. We notified the seller- their response was not sufficient - they would cover half the cost of repair. We believe they should replace the bag or at minimum fix the zipper. POOR customer service from Jack & Chris. Dont buy this bag zippers are cheap.

I bought this bag for my boyfriend and he LOVES it. The price point was great compared to others and it has held up so well. It gets compliments on it all the time.

The zipper broke not long after purchasing this bag but outside of the return window which was less than 3 months. The seller customer support initially said they would pay for a repair, but then refused. The seller then offered 10% off purchasing a new bag. Unacceptable.
