This 3” x 30’ recovery/tow strap was of much better quality than I expected. It’s very well made and should last a lifetime. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Bought the recovery tow straps for a Christmas present for my boys. They went out today and got stuck, used the tow straps, but they frayed by the loops. Trying to figure out how to contact this company for the warranty but finding it very confusing. Did the steps on the card that was in the box we got and did the steps which then brought me to the website, but it was just to sell me another one which I don’t want to do. I just want to use the warranty. Hoping they come through and reply to me.

Received quickly, no hassles. Car slid off a steep icy road 2 days after receiving so combined with a come-along it did exactly what it was suppose to.

Though we did not pull a vehicle out of any sticky situation we did however pull a 22ft camp trailer up a hill. It worked perfectly and we were glad we had it on hand. I liked that we were able to just roll it back up and place it in the bag it comes with. Five Stars!

This recovery strap is amazing! Used it twice on my first outing with it. Great quality and got the job done with no issues! Definitely recommend Jaco products!

I have used it a few times on off-road recoveries as both a tow strap and as a tree strap in a pinch. Very durable and met all my expectations.

I’ve been using tow straps in the automotive field for the last 15 years and this one far exceeds my expectation. It is very durable, the perfect length, and it comes with a great storage bag. This will stay in my truck for years to come.

Great product, mine flared a little bit but it’s a great product.
