> 3 dayI struggled pretty hard with installation, so here are is a tip: make sure to separate your wifi into 2.4 GHz vs 5 GHz. (The product works well with one compared to the other). Follow the directions listed on the amazon product page vs. trying to follow the ones they sent with the plug. The product itself is easy to use, although its hard to remember which one is switch 1 vs. switch 2 when youre giving Alexa commands. Eventually, Alexa realized that one of the switches was a lamp, so voice commands have been easier since then. Overall, this product has been the cherry on top of my new Alexa and Im happy I bought it!

> 3 dayI have other smart plugs and smart light bulbs and this is the only device I have that drops the wifi signal. Google home app wont even pick it up most of the time. Not sure if it difective or all have the same problem. Seems others have done well with it. Unfortunetly I have not.

> 3 dayI wasn’t able to figure out how to connect this to my wi-fi, so I returned it. I have a few other smart plugs & they were MUCH easier to set up.

> 3 dayWorks really well. I love that the outlets can be switched on off separately then the USB from the app. Make sure youre using a 2.4 G WiFi. My phone defaulted to a 5G Wi-Fi, and wouldnt connect. Once I figured that out it connected no problem.

> 3 day1. It was easy to install the app for this plug. You can set a timer to turn each plug or USB port on or off separately. 2. Connecting to Alexa took a bit longer. The written instructions says to find “smart life” For Alexa to discover the outlet. “Smart life” and “Jintu” Was not on the list, and when I chose “other” it was not discoverable. I ended up using the QR code that sends me to a YouTube video on how to get your Alexa to discover the new outlet. The first 10 seconds of the video says the outlet is from “Tuya”. So I went back to the list and there it was! I prompted Alexa to discover the device and it took 45 seconds to complete once I have the correct name.

> 3 dayI have used a few smart plugs out there and they all work the same way. What I like about this one is that u can individually control each plug or USB and also add a timer to the plugs. I use it to charge my phone so the plug isnt on the entire night. The timer really helps. Integration with google home was easy i used the smart life app and it took a couple of tries to work but it works great now that I have it paired up. It is also not very expensive as some of the ones in the market. Definitely recommend it !

> 3 dayThis plug is perfect. I do a lot of baking and I can never have everything I need plugged in at the same time, this allows mw to plug in 3 appliances and still charge my phone at this same time! It has a button on top you push to power it on l, and I followed the instructions to connect to my alexa! Not all that difficult I would get another!
