> 3 dayI should have noticed when it said Zigbee, but no hub required, that it wasnt real Zigbee. Attempted to add to my Hubitat ZIgbee hub, and its not found. Instructions dont show how to get it into pairing mode, but it does flash when you hold down the power button for a few seconds, but still not discoverable. The instructions, where it mentions zigbee, require you to download the SmartLife app, and mention using a SmartLife zigbee controller, but still it requires you to connect over wifi. This is especially dumb since they charge more for the Zigbee version, and its not even Zigbee. Scam!

> 3 dayI really like this product and the app is simple to use. Just turn power to electronics on and off with one click. I really like that it works with the Amazon Echo too! Thats a neat feature which I use regularly.

> 3 dayThe reason I purchased this was due to some reviews I read that stated it was SmartThings compatible. It is not!!! When you add it, it acts like an onoff switch for a single outlet.

> 3 dayDisappointed because the actual item was exactly what I needed. A smart plug with a long cord. However when I downloaded the apple app it asked for some strange permissions. Allow connections to all Bluetooth items being one of them. I thought it was weird but I agreed. I later sat down to link it with my Alexa so I could have her control my power strip. That’s when I got this warning. The strip won’t show up at all on my Alexa plugs. I HAVE to install this skill to get it to work. Through further investigation I found out they sell multiple smart plugs under different names. All the same app. Smart Link. DO NOT BUY THIS! It is data mining. Even deleting my account it was strange and I had to submit a code via my email. I am concerned with what they already got from me thinking this was a legit company. I’m going back to Kasa/TP link which I have used for years. Never had any issue trusting them!! Disappointed that my option for a refund is to return this item and allow them to have product to fool someone else. Please do not get this or any smart plug on here that requires smart link app! I’m shocked when I searched for smart plugs again on here the majority have the same app.

> 3 dayI was looking for a wireless power strip to control the Led lights for my orchids and found this one reasonably priced that seemed to fit my needs. I was not disappointed. The free app that comes with it is easy to understand and navigate and very easy to use. It even will allow you to use it with Alexa and Google Home if you have one of these devices as well as Wi-Fi. Its slim and inconspicuous and perfect for my needs.

20-12-2024I have a dehumidifier hooked up to one of the plugs so that I can setup a routine or tell Alexa to turn it off/on. It was simple to set up (they give you a step by step guide) and simple to use. Ive had more trouble with some of the single outlet controllers, but Jinvoo nailed the ease of use for this power strip.
