As we all know most backpacks do not last the year, heck a lot dont last the first few months, they all feel cheap and are made of thin material. Thankfully this backpack is nothing like that, its got nice thick stitching and feels super durable while not being bulky. The design is perfect for all ages. It has worked great keeping the inside dry and the lunch box is very well insulated. My ONLY complaint is that the pencil case doesnt fit the amount of pencils that the teachers have asked for.

First off, the variety of colors is a great feature to this listing. I got the navy with pink roses, because it just felt like the nicest set of colors to complement. Also, the contrasting pattern makes this bag harder to lose when youre looking for it (I suppose unless you lose it in a rose bush or on grandmas couch). But different colors means you could get similar ones if you have a few kids & just different colors like the teal, pink, grey, or black. In any shade, this set makes a statement. Second, theres the value of having a matching lunch-bag & pencil case. That means fewer mix-ups of whose is whose and the fun of having it all uniform/coordinated to match. The lunch-bag has a silvery-thermal lining so something chilled will stay that way, and it expands to a nice size for a sandwich, snacks, a container, and it should be easy enough to clean out any drips or crumbs. It also features two, nicely-sized handles for an easy grip or popping around your wrist if you need your hands free. The pencil case has a nice, dark lining, so no stains from pencils or ink. It has a small fabric loop big enough for a couple of fingers. The backpack features a small, zippered pocket outside for quickly fetching this or that, three pouches inside for stowing away a calculator, a few granola/protein bars or whatever - they arent big enough for a cell phone. The sides of the backpacks outside feature pockets that I was able to easily slip a 2.5-diameter water bottle into, but you could also stow a small, collapsible umbrella in it, for example. Back to the interior, the backpack features a padded section for a tablet or laptop, and a small, zippered pocket large enough for all manner of things that you want more securely stored. And dont worry about water getting in, because the backpacks zippers all have flaps over them to keep out rain. Speaking of which, lets talk about materials: the exterior of each bag is made from a smooth, water-resistant nylon perfect for getting around town, and also easy to keep clean so those flowers dont fade anytime soon. The zippers are all well-made, and should hold up to all the daily uses a backpack set like this endures. The section where it meets your body is lightly padded, with the same floral pattern on the straps, and the usual nylon-webbing for adjustment and a loop on top for grabbing or for mounting on a hook. The fabric that will actually touch you when you wear it is a breathable material meant to vent easily. The thinner padding means this would be better for a small child with less to actually carry, and I could easily see the pencil case being zipped into the outer pocket, maybe a water bottle & a small umbrella on the side, books & a tablet inside, and the lunch bag set on top of the books, so it all zips up. Another purpose I thought of for this set is a gym bag. The pencil case or inside zipper pocket would work great for your makeup & cell phone, the small outside pocket would be perfect for a towel & some toiletries, the bag itself could easily hold your running shoes & gym clothes, and the lunch-bag could hold any snacks you bring for after, if like me, sometimes a workout leaves you hungry. Another good use for this bag is as a carryon for a weekend trip. You wont easily mix it up and it will easily carry everything you need for a few days of travel, can be easily opened & unpacked, then repacked, and will fit safely in an overhead compartment. With how much airlines charge for checked luggage, this set could help make you a very savvy traveler.

My daughter is able to fit her school laptop, notebooks and papers perfectly. Feels very well made and have not had any problems with it so far. I have not tested the fabric to see if it really is water resistant but the material does look Leija it is water resistant and durable. The design is beautiful, she absolutely loves it.

A little small for my 5th grader but so far we love and its perfect for monogram and the lunch bag is a great size and is able to pack a variety of lunch and snack items.

My girls are rough on back packs and usually need more space. This back pack has compartments and space for everything. Tough and very sturdy. Great investment on my girls school backpacks.

Not sure the complaint but my daughter can definitely fit her laptop in this and she loves that the lunch box looks like a little purse

I ordered this backpack combo for my 3rd grade daughter’s upcoming school year. Overall I was pleased with the order. Pros: -The outer lining of the backpack is waterproof, has a pretty sheen, and feels silky, not like plastic. -The straps are padded and comfortable -There are multiple pockets on the inside of the main compartment. -The lunchbox is huge and nicely lined. I think you could fit a whole chicken in it -My daughter got a kick out of the matching pencil bag Cons: -I felt like the backpack was a little narrow from front to back. The description lists the measurement as 5.9”. I was able to get a 2” binder and a couple of books in it, but there wasn’t much room after that. It’s probably best suited for elementary school students. -The water bottle pockets on the sides of the backpack wouldn’t fit my insulated water bottle. They don’t stretch at all, and I think you could only fit a 16.9 oz plastic bottle of water in them. Not a deal breaker for me. Overall I was impressed with the bag’s quality and I feel it’s a good value for the price. I would purchase this again.

Such a beautiful backpack. Sturdy and big. Love the little bags that came with it. I even use the lunch bag as a purse lmao. Would be great for school.

I swim as a hobby and needed a backpack to carry my things; this backpack was perfect. I loved how one day I forgot to take it to the locker room and all the splashing we the backpack. Nothing was wet, and it was easy to wipe the water off the backpack.

This will BARELY fit a 1inch three ring binder in it and close. The lunch box is also extremely small as well. The material is fine. However I really wish they would explain the size a little better! Have a feeling a small child is gonna have a bit of a struggle zipping this at school.
