It works the way it should, it came right, however the glue that keeps the wood attached came apart and i had to reglue them together. On top of that its not very sturdy. I have a very underweight cockatiel (its been a struggle getting him to gain weight) but he makes the perch lean.

My cockatiel loves this perch! I have an expensive natural wood perch and she passes that by and jumps on this one!

This is perfect for our parakeet. Its easy on his feet and the width of this perch goes from thin to thick to thin to prevent bumblefoot and arthritis. It would be perfect if the plastic part had some sand or cement so he could trim his nails and clean his beak but we ordered two and he uses them all the time. Would be perfect for a canary or finches too. Came on time and in perfect condition. Recommend.

Still waiting for parakeet to use. Perch is not at fault. It seems a sensible alternative to give the bird a different foothold. Just have a stubborn little fella.

Very well made perch for my canary. Different width on the perch to help the feet. Screws firmly to the bars of cage. Perfect size for my cage which is about 20 inches long.

Both of my birds like these perches. They are keets and they are the perfect size for them. I have three of these. They both can fit on one but they like to play boss and dont like to share. They sleep on these at night so each has his own, one on each side of their cage up higher than their other perches.

This is a perfect little wooden perch for my canary. I have a variety of perches for him and he prefers this one to the rest. I love that it has different widths throughout to prevent foot fatigue. So easy to install and remove for cleaning. I highly recommend it!
