These toys are designed to get ripped apart and a majority of the confetti grass was destroyed the first few days. They are just now tearing apart the grass woven base so it lasted a month between three of them.

Activity for love birds

The item is well made. However that does not mean it will last for a long time, only that it gives busy beaks something to destroy. My cockatiel went straight to it and started shredding. The different items and textures seem to amuse her and keep her beak occupied. I will buy another one when this one is reduced to little pieces.

I cant comment on the durability and sturdiness as the toy is meant to be something for my cockatiel to play with and destroy. Once he found it in his cage, he immediately started playing with it and has pulled off several of the items. He seems happy, so I am too!

Weve hung it on the inside front of his cage and he is slowly destroying it. He happily shreds it while climbing all over it and all the toys that come on it. We will definitely be buying another one when hes done ripping this one apart.

We got this activity mat for our young lovebird to keep her occupied when confined to her cage. She really seems to be enjoying it and we definitely plan on buying a replacement when she has finished shredding this one up.
