> 3 dayI use two of these as safeties for tying down a UTV on my trailer. Its strapped down by the tires, but these are added front and back as safeties, front and back, to act as retainers in case for any reason the other straps loosen up. Im a fanatic about ensuring things dont unexpectedly happen back there on the trailer, so these provide peace of mind. As axle straps, they are super thick webbing, and have a wrap over the web strap to provide durability when used as tiedowns. They just feel heavy duty and I would trust these for anything within their rating.

> 3 dayUsed to protect my boat trailer while pulling it into the garage with a wench. Boat/trailer weighs approximately 4K lbs and this strap took that weight without a problem. The d-rings are really good quality and the black protector is rather nice - definitely nice to protect whatever you are hooking up to.

> 3 dayMore than just handy to put around an axle to hook your toe strap to; works great to put around a tree either to save the bark or to pull the tree. Do a lot of cutting of trees that i must make fall in tight conditions and this helps to easily make that happen.

> 3 dayI use this strap to hang my boxing heavy bag over an i-beam in the basement, and it does a great job. One thing I do, however, is put a towel between this and the i-beam so that the axle strap is not sitting directly on the i-beam. I do that because I worry if the micromotion of the bag rocking back and forth directly against the metal i-beam would eventually cut the axle-strap and cause the heavy bag to fall on the floor. I havent had that happen, yet, but I do it as a precaution and Id recommend others do that as well if using it for the purpose I just described. Otherwise, this axle strap does a great job. Its extremely strong and holds things like a champ.

Greater than one weekWhile I know this is designed for an axle strap, I used it for stretching fences. Some of the other pole straps are quite expensive and this size was perfect. The d rings are great for connecting to a come-along and I was able to pull the fence tight enough with this that it started to slide my heavy tractor backwards.
