Greater than one weekFor the Wi-Fi and power monitoring functions, this works amazing with the KMC app. However, these do not stay in any outlet and will frequently just fall out. Unfortunately theres no way to properly stabilize it, unless you feel like breaking out the duct tape and attaching it to the wall outlet that way. A rather shoddy design, and a major flaw. They really should have made it so you could screw it into place, but its missing even that common feature.

> 3 dayI have alot of smart items in my home. These have recently become my favorite. I have recently started a massive indoor garden. Dozens of lights, thousands of plants. While my other wifi outlets are good at turning the lights on and off on schedule. These outlets are the only ones that show me how much power Im using. I have compared the powet usage info to some KillAWatt outlets and they are accurate.

> 3 dayI originally had high hope for this product. I received two units pack. One unit was not working out of the box. The instruction is not clear and the software did not correspond to the right product. I thought something went wrong with the software instead and spent hours doing trouble shooting. The other unit worked but was very hot when using. I dont know whether I am saving energy or waste energy at this point. Anyway I went ahead and asked for a replacement thinking it is just bad luck. What I got was a used unit and there was only one unit inside even with the label saying two unit pack. Now there is no option for replacement anymore but only refund from Amazon site. Very disappointing.

> 3 dayNot bad for what it is, but would have liked to be able to label each outlet in the app. Sure I can tag it as being in the kitchen, but cant label each outlet individually. I have to remember that I plugged the coffee maker into outlet 2, or put it in the description for the device(in case I forgot to turn it off before I left the house). That would be fine if there is only one, maybe two, but then again if that is my biggest problem my life isnt too bad.

> 3 dayThe switch works great. It is easy to set up with the app. Dont really need it but the app also records usage. I like that one outlet is constant on.

> 3 dayBought these when they were on sale. They were easy to pair with the Alexa app. I’m very happy with them!!

> 3 dayModel 30608 was shipped to me in the end of November 2020. Used tuya-convert to upgrade firmware to the open-source Tasmota firmware without any issues. I used the following template without issue: {NAME:KMC 4 Outlet,GPIO:[0,56,0,0,133,132,0,0,130,22,23,21,17],FLAG:0,BASE:36} Now I can program the outlet to turn on and then off again after fifteen minutes -- perfect for when I forget to turn off the coffee maker.

Greater than one weekThere was some confusion with which app to use. We finally connected with one that worked with Alexa. I would have given up trying to figure it out, but luckily it was my husband setting everything up. Product works as advertised. I just wish that there was an easier process for setting it up. It became the most time intensive setup for a smart device either of us have had. I had to read through the reviews to figure out what we were doing wrong...

> 3 dayAt first it appears to be a great buy as you get 3 switched plugs and energy monitoring. However once you have them for awhile you quickly realize they were a waste of money. I bought the 2 pack and both will randomly switch all plugs off for no reason. I had them hooked up to some important IT gear for energy monitoring and would frequently be alerted by the alarms of our battery backups and lo and behold the plugs turned them selves off.
