Had no issues with it when plugging in or during a storm. We were satisfied.

We got this for our perennate camp site that we are metered for our electric usage. I believe in the concept 100 percent but due to the cable being too short we could not use this! [The meter was in the way!] To make an extension cord to the line was too expensive, so we had to send it back reluctantly! I recommend this for all move around campers, a great way to be covered for incorrect wiring!

I just got it and will be using it in a week. it came faster than expected the pictures and looking at it looks like a good one for the money. I gave it a 4 star ONLY because I have not used it yet. ask me again at the end of the year and I can give more detail. If I was to say anything negative, I would enlarge the locking cable and make it thicker. It looks to easy to cut with a pair of snipers.

I will preface this review by saying that I am an electrician by trade so I know how to safely perform tests on electrical circuits.

Used this traveling on a 1300 mile journey with our trailer. Prevented us from hooking up incorrectly and from voltage spikes. Feels safer with it.

Easy to install and use. Simple LED lit operation.

This thing was used. It’s stuck on reverse polarity and I put another 2 surge protectors on the outlet and those were fine. I’m not wasting my time sending back items again. Amazon sucks!!!
