I want to update this review because once I posted the previous review I was reached out to by their customer support and they 100% made this issue right and completely changed my opinion on their tumblers. They took my concerns and complaints very seriously. They replaced the damaged tumblers and the new ones was 100% better! I assume maybe just a bad batch!!! I would highly recommend this supplier and I would for sure order from them again. Their customer support was fast to respond and willing to address and fix any issues along with take recommendations on how to better serve customers in the future!!! I’ve made thousands of sublimation tumblers. These I ordered because I needed some fast. They are ok at best. They were packaged nicely. But the tumblers themselves seemed uneven. The surface felt uneven. It subbed pretty good but the tumbler itself felt misshapen. It wasn’t perfectly round. I would order again if I was in a bind but I wouldn’t want to use these regularly.
