I have been looking for an ideal multi-purpose USB-C hub for my MacBook Air M1 laptop. This one fits the bill. The Gigabit Ethernet works great, as well as the micro-sd memory card interface. The problem with this device is that when two or more USB memory devices are plugged into the hub, it causes my MacBooks internal mouse to freeze. I have tried several different USB flash drives and hard drives and they all cause this problem. The only fix I have found is only to use one USB drive at a time and all is good. I would appreciate it if the seller could provide some guidance as to how to fix this issue.

This item was easy to set up - really just plug and play. I do a lot of transferring of pictures and video from camera card to iPhone to laptop to Western Digital external hard drive. Connecting my laptop and all other devices to this hub has made this task much faster. Speed is the most critical factor to me and this has it!
