The case is well crafted, sturdy, and snug around the Kindle. The magnet triggers the wake up and sleep feature, but it is not strong enough to keep the flap closed. It’s fine for my settings and use, but I can see people being inconvenienced depending on needs.

UPDATE: The magnet that keeps the cover shut came off after two months of use. Now every time I close the cover, I have to reinsert the magnet. Its still usable but very annoying. Pros: -Sleep/wake function works the way it should -The design is nice, especially on the front -Fits the Kindle very well --Soft on the inside -Strong magnet keeps the cover shut Cons: -The back isnt fully covered in PU leather, so the design does not look as good as on the front -It came with two small wrinkles on the front but they dont really bother me. I doubt all of the covers are wrinkled, mine was probably a tad defective Neutral: -It adds some weight to the device (it probably weighs twice as much now), but since the Paperwhite is so light to begin with, this doesnt bother me at all. I dont know how well this cover would protect my Kindle if it fell, but I dont plan to find out. I think itd be pretty strong, though. Id give this product five stars if not for the design on the back. Overall, its very good so far. Id recommend getting it.

Great product, fits perfect on my 2012 Kindle.

Quick shipping, arrived well packaged. It has great color and fit my Kindle Paperwhite perfectly. Its very light weight(which I really like) and when closed puts the device to sleep and wakes it up when opened again.

I love this Kindle case. I bought a more expensive one but didnt like the feel of it...yeah, Im weird. This was cheaper, really nice and holding it doesnt bother me.

Love the cover is beautiful!... but it wont stay closed!

After a few months, the color is wearing off. Not a good look and am disappointed in the product.

This case has beautiful, rich colors and wonderful detailing that I just love!! It’s obviously well made with quality materials and it fits my paperwhite perfectly.

I don’t recommend this. My old Amazon brand case is falling apart so I was hoping for a replacement but this is definitely not it. It’s so janky, feels cheap and brittle. It’s also slightly bigger than a regular case with makes it feel bulky. Also good luck trying to remove your Kindle once you put it in there. I practically had to break the case apart to get it out. My Amazon brand one is so nice compared to this one, even as it’s falling apart. I’ll be sticking with that one.
