I cant say anything about its durability cause Ive only had it for a very short period. But it was definitely simple to install and works like the old one.

I bought this cable hoping it would be as flexible as the OEM cable but expecting the stiffer cord Ive received on previous non-OEM Chinese-made replacement microphones. I was pleasantly surprised that this cable is just as flexible as the original and a perfect replacement for the worn-out microphone cable I had.
