The monitor has stopped working and I would like a refund or a replacement.

I purchased this monitor a year ago to use on the numerous Zoom calls I find myself on that have over 50 participants (most are webinars where I am a presenter or an attendee in a large group meeting). I love it! It is lightweight; a good size; and fits into my larger rolling briefcase for when I travel. A few months ago, I misplaced the Type C cable on one of my trips so I no longer could connect my laptop to the monitor given the Type C cable is the data cable. I finally got around to contacting customer service two days ago to ask how I could obtain a replacement cable. I received a response from Kathy in less than 12 hours (time difference). After several email exchanges to learn which model laptop I have to ensure it was compatible (it is) and the right cable was sent, Kathy sent me a new Type C cable that I received today - notwithstanding my purchase was a year ago. Fantastic customer service on top of a monitor I enjoy using. A good company to support.

This is a great monitor, especially for the price. I did get it on a lightning deal so it was a bit of a bonus but it was one I was one I was considering already, it is a tiny bit annoying that it has no battery to maintain settings while your traveling but I have noticed it over time maintaining the brightness so I cant confirm whether this is a glitch or a feature as it is inconsistant.at any rate I was going budget since I needed it for when Im out of town so Im not going to complain for looking for something on the cheap end. My only wish is that the default settings where more optimized for quality like having the brightness at max or something because thats the first thing I turn up. Im not docking points because almost all monitors of this type are like that and the only ones that arent are way more expensive. What about the quality? Well so far so good. Watched a couple of movies and played my ps4 and switch on it, its got surprisingly good picture quality, and not suprising as in I was expecting crap and got slightly better than crap, its more like I was expecting it to be insufferable blurry and I got a chrisp and vibrant very manageable experience. A tad on the dark side but not detractors, it actually handles color and lighting very well! and even my dad commented that the device is nice looking. Infact even the outer shell feels like its good quality. The magnetic sleeve stands pretty good, it doesnt solve every single issue but it is help full. I would say the only downside is the speakers being a bit flat. They arent unbearable by any means but Id suggest getting a Bluetooth speaker or maybe a mini sound bar or something. Over all this is great for travel, and its good enough to Were I will be investing in a Vesa mount adapter kit and use this as my primary monitor for a while, provided it lasts a long while.

I have been carrying this monitor around for a year at college. I keep it in a thin protective sleeve (some sort of foam) along with books and notepads in my backpack. It looks just as good today as Id did out of the box. I appreciate the magnetic protector that doubles as a stand. A single USB C cable provides power and video (via thunderbolt 4). It works great for zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, etc... I can not speak to its gaming or content creation properties. I am a happy customer and recommend this monitor for the college student needing a second monitor.

I bought this as an additional screen for working from home and for traveling. I needed something easy to set up, light weight, and with a fairly decent screen size. Set up was incredibly easy, just plugged it in and adjusted my monitor settings to find the screen. I plan to travel and take this with me for working on the go, and from what I can tell so far this will be a great option for me. Screen quality is nice, and the screen size is perfect. The cover for the screen allows you to adjust how you want the screen positioned so that’s helpful too. Happy with my purchase thus far!

Ive had this screen for a couple months now and just noticed it has a high pitched squeal. I doubt it will stop me from continuing use of the screen but it is certainly noticeable and annoying to sensitive ears. The screen itself is nice and seems to have held up past the return date. I am hoping to get a lot more use out of it.

Good monitor for the price, if I were to make a complaint it would be it doesnt have its own onboard battery, so youd have to power it with the included power brick and usb c cable. other than that its a good little mo nitro I use everyday for work since I got it.

This is 200% better than the one I’m returning from big box store. No yellow glow on screen and crazy easy to set up. (1) Plug into power and (2) plug into source device. The stand/cover is awesome and can be adjusted to several angles. I’m traveling to visit a friend and need to get some 2-screen work done. This will do the trick!!!
