> 24 hourI have a Van Laar trumpet and some other valve oils were not working. This oil was recommended and my valves have been perfect. Couldnt be happier.

> 24 hourI have used this oil for several years. It was originally recommended to me by a trumpet professor at the University of North Texas, Great oil but these latest bottles came with caps that dont work well. I am experiencing leaks and have to double bag it in my gig case - a real nuisance.

> 24 hourBest valve oil going. Thin and odorless, it stays on the valves a good long time without drying out. First bottle lasted literally years. This new one seems an even slightly better (more slippery) formulation.

> 24 hourI recently bought an intermediate trumpet directly from a Manufacturers Rep here in the U.S. Im in my upper-50s, and just a comeback player looking to enjoy playing the trumpet again after 30ish years. My previous trumpets were a student King model, and 2 Bach Strads — a Trumpet and a Flugelhorn. Within a few days I noticed the valves on the newly purchased trumpet were mediocre at best. As I noted in the headline they were both sluggish, and would require constant valve oil to keep them from sticking. I was getting quite frustrated with the horn, and was about to return it when I did some research (via trumpetherald dot com and trumpetmaster dot com primarily). I noticed quite a number of players - including some 20+ - 30 yr pros were raving about a number of specific valve: Ultra-Pure …..Hetman’s ….Al Case ….Blue Juice ….and La Tromba T2. There were a few others as well, but those were the 5 that seemed to be emphasized the most. I noodled on the options, and ran with opting to try the La Tromba T2 valve oil. The bottle arrived today, and after thoroughly cleaning the horn and applying a fairly generous amount of this oil —— I absolutely couldn’t believe the total night & day difference in the way the valves behaved. There is simply NO COMPARISON. This valve oil is amazing!! NOTE: I’m not a spokesman, or in any way paid or associated with this brand of valve oil. I just took a few minutes to share my experience in the hopes that it could possibly help another person in a similar situation.

> 24 hourIve been using this oil for a few years now after switching from Blue Juice. Its good, clean, and keeps things pretty oiled for up to a week (I play 6-8 hours a day). The only thing I hate about this is that the bottle always ends up leaking. There is no good seal on the cap. Be very careful and make sure to wrap this up triple if youre traveling with it.

> 24 hourMy cornet valves where sluggish and sticky even when using Blue Juice valve oil. With this oil my valves are incredibly smooth. This stuff is specially formulated for monel valves. I highly recommend it!

> 24 hourTry wrapping teflon plumbers tape from the hardware store around the threads of the bottle. That will fix it.
