My 2TB fits great!

It is a good case. The honeycomb padding is a little awkward and doesnt sit well once the HD is in the case. Overall it serves its purpose though.

I havent tested the shockproof qualities of this item (Im storing my dissertation on the WD Drive, no chances!!), but the item came just as advertised and fits the WD drive that it says it does perfectly.

Do not like this case, it has a pleather tag on the outside which is useless, there are many great cases out there,I ended up going out and spending $20 on a logic case for a GPS which has a plush inside, very suitable for my drive to be protected as I travel.

Good covering for carrying the hard drive to conferences, where everything is jostled and bumped until the presentation.

I love the soft, cushioned internal layers and the hard external case, it has a robust feeling. I have no clue about protection from water (lakes, toilets, ect)... Unfortunately, I have dropped the case a few times in parking lots and bedroom floor but the hd was unharmed every time. My husband bought this case for me about 2 years ago along with ext hd. I love and use the heck out of both:D
