Appears to be well built. Looks great but its brand new, it should. It seems a bit springy when you touch the screen, but the price was great.

Keeps cord out of the way easing use of ipad with button at bottom and decreases wear on cord. Angle is adjustable for easy viewing and less aches in my neck.
