First time user and was very impressed how well it worked. It only took about 20 minutes and was very easy to use.

Did not function as described and tech help was of not much help. Wound up doing my transfer manually with usb drives

Got the product to transfer Quick Books to new PC. After about 9 hours, got transfer complete message but nothing transferred. Waste of time and money,

On fast WiFi the transfer took about 11 hours for a relatively small load of Office and pictures. Only defect was AOL files, which AOL tech reloaded and corrected. The software came with new HP Laptop and had no cable. I would use cable if transfer needed another time.

Purchased PCmover along with a new laptop recently. Had an issue with the transfer process but a call to Laplink resolved that and am up and running fine. Thanks Laplink! PCmover made transferring programs and files from my old laptop (Windows 10) to my new one (Windows 10) so much easier. Would recommend to anyone.

Difficult to use and not easy for non tech type like myself

Worked as advertised. Had great tech support for a couple of questions....All data transferred as stated.

Just got a new computer and I used Pcmover to move all of stuff it worked perfectly.
