Having my computer on a stand and a separate keyboard/mouse has made a world of difference for my wrists while working on the computer! Save a lot of space as well! I usually have multiple SSDS or external drives hooked up to my computer while working at a time, and this allows me to fit some of them under the stand, saving some much-needed desk space.
