Does exactly what it needs to do

I am one of those people who hates selling a first born child to a vacuum company in order to get replacement parts. So I gave this product a shot realizing it may be compete crap based on some of the reviews. Its been a couple months and everything is still holding up pretty well. Definitely comparable in quality to the name brand. I would recommend this product for replacement parts and we will be reordering these when the time comes.

The parts fit perfectly and are a fraction of the cost compared to the Bissell website. I will definitely reorder.

These are not good a off-brand. The brush stopped turning and almost burned out my machine. I had to call the Bissell hotline for assistance. I ended up having to remove the handle to reset the machine. THEN I realized the brush wasnt able to turn/spin any longer. At first, I just thought it was a fluke or just one bad brush, but then it happened to another brush. Thank god I smelled something electrical and knew exactly what was happening. Needless to say, Ive thrown out the last remaining brush.

Filter are GARBAGE. Loss of suction causing Bissell to clog NEVER happened till these filters. Do NOT Buy this kit.

3 pack is supposed to include 3 rollers and 3 filters. I only got 2 filters

You gotta replace the brush and filters pretty regular! They work great! Good price, highly recommend!
