Despite many good reviews, if you are using this for anything serious, this is not the best choice. It still has Lenovo Quality, but the model I received was NOT touchscreen, and the keyboard on the TXXXs series, s stands for SMALL. Get the larger model

Laptop looks brand new. I would buy from TekRefurbs again for sure. They were fast to respond to questions i had about the laptop. Great experience for sure.

The computer was packed perfectly. Nice computer not a single scuff or scratch. It has good battery life. Im very happy with the purchase.

it seems brand new and came with a working charger. the battery life is only 3 hours though, im not sure if thats normal for these or not.

Great condition rock solid reliability. I was also able to upgrade to Windows 11.
