Great product! Cleansed the air in minutes! Lucky to have during the last wildfire smoke.. who knew this could happen. Being a nurse, I highly recommend having this. My second purchase.

I wanted to wait to review this after some months to see how will it works. With the dust and from one cat dander, this little machine works great. That filter is from use at about 6 months on low fan. This air filter machine has significantly reduced by allergen problem a lot. We have a bit more dust and pollen problems where we live and it does come in the house no matter what we do. This little machine really helps on keeping it under control!

I dont know if this is cleaning the dust in the air as there are 5 of us and the dusting seems about the same, but OH MY this does great on cooking smells. Fish usually lasts a few days in the air but by the morning that air was cleaned, that was very impressive. We do have a cat and dog and the air does seem maybe a little better but not sure. But seems to be great for smells so it will stay. I can say, I am glad i bought it. For those reading this, please note by house has an Open plan so the area to clean is really big so it might be doing overtime on cleaning. I will have to do a dust test and get back and put it in my review. But glad I got it and it is quiet, if you like white noise this is great for that sound.

My partners allergies have been flaring up pretty badly over the last couple months with the weather changes and our shedding cat. I bought the Levoit after one rough night and he’s barely sneezed in 2 days.

I needed to air out my apartment after cleaning some storage boxes out of the back room and finding that they smelled like the mouse that moved in a few years ago. Apartment also tend to absorb the smells of the tenants (oils, sweat, cooking grease, kitchen garbage, and so on), since windows dont line up to allow air to pass through. It worked great, although it took a little time. It doesnt have any scent or air freshener that it can add, but it does the job. There are 4 speeds: I, II, III, and sleep. There is a timer that will shut the purifier off after 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours. This is a nice little machine for under a hundred bucks.

There’s a reason this is so highly rated! It does WONDERS for pet allergies when paired with the yellow filter (which is sold separately). Here’s my detailed review. If any of this sounds like your situation, don’t hesitate to get this!! My partner is allergic to all dogs - their dander, fur, and saliva all set him off - and he has seasonal/household allergies along with bad asthma. But, we love dogs and recently rescued a cattle dog mix. We have carpet in our bedroom and her fur gets everywhere. For the first week with our dog and without this air purifier, my partner was extremely itchy and woke up several times a night nearing asthma attacks due to allergies. He’d go sleep in the open living room (with hard floors) to breathe better. Then we bought the Levoit Core 300, paired with the yellow pet allergy filter. He has had zero issues with his allergies at night since it arrived. Our pup will still lick him and her fur still gets everywhere, but along with vacuuming regularly and trying to keep our bed covered with a sheet during the day so dog fur isn’t all in the bed, this purifier has made it possible for him to sleep well and not experience any allergy-induced asthma attacks. It’s truly amazing. We’ve only had it for a couple of nights but I feel confident in writing a review this early because the results are already so obvious. In addition to my partner’s allergies, our apartment seems very dusty within a matter of days after dusting/vacuuming (I’m fairly sure our HVAC system is filthy despite having the ducts “cleaned” by a company our complex hired earlier this year) and the air that comes out of our vents has a somewhat unclean odor. We also live in south Florida, so opening windows to get fresh air isn’t possible except on the rare days when humidity is minimal. The air in our bedroom truly feels cleaner and it doesn’t smell weird like it used to as soon as the AC starts blowing from the vents. I’m also convinced the purifier has helped reduce the odor from my partner’s stinky work socks/shoes (they’re sinful lol). This purifier has made life so much better for us! We are going to buy the 400S for the larger open living/dining/office area of our apartment. Our place is around 770 square feet with the bedroom and kitchen both completely isolated, so having the core 300 for the bedroom and a 400S for the rest of the place should work well for us. If you suffer from pet allergies this will probably do wonders for you like it has for us!!! REMINDER: the pet allergy filter is sold separately. Oh, and I don’t find this to be loud at all. If anything it’s soothing while we sleep. Our 1.5 year old Lasko tower fan and central HVAC system are both louder than this. I also LOVE that you can shut the display lights off at night. We haven’t tried sleep mode or the timer because we just keep it on level 3 all night. I shut it off during the day unless we’re in the room, at which point we put it on a lower setting. We haven’t tried the regular filter that came with the purifier, only because we know we specifically need something for pet allergies. My one and only complaint has nothing to do with the product’s functionality or anything like that: it’s simply that it would be nice if buyers could choose their filter type when purchasing the purifier instead of having the regular one come with it by default - I feel wasteful after receiving the regular one that we probably will never use. But, if a replacement pet filter is not available right away it will be handy to use the regular one temporarily.

We have 2 cats and one dog in this household and this air purifier does absolutely wonderful at cleaning the air. Between the smell of litter boxes and dust and dirt, and any other smells that come into homes occasionally, no one can smell our pets or food for extended periods of time when they come into our house. This is definitely worth the money put in to buy it. It is very affordable and compact but does a great job.

This might be the best product I’ve ever owned. I know that sounds dramatic but it’s truly life changing. I have terrible allergies including being allergic to cats which I have two of. This helps tremendously. I put it in the same room as their litter boxes and the smell is completely gone. Like 100% gone. Not just masked or covered up. I’ve tried so many things to help with the smell and nothing has ever worked like this. I actually watched a clump of fur in the air get sucked into the machine… wow!! Super easy to set up, doesn’t take up too much space or look bad, love everything about it! Highly recommended especially if you have allergies and/or pets. If you’re considering getting this, get it!!!! (Also side note, I just used the regular filter that comes with this. I know they have one that’s specifically made to help with pet odors and allergies but so far I find the original one works great for me and my cats but if you have more animals or stronger odors and find the regular doesn’t work, try the pet-specific one?!) (I also use it on the highest setting and it does have a “white noise” sound to it but it doesn’t bother me personally and I don’t find it extremely loud.)

Ive had this since the end of the Summer of 2020 here in California where for months our quality was very poor to unhealthy due to rampant wild files. I use it almost daily and its really made a huge difference. Especially when it comes to congestion and hayfever during the spring when pollen is everywhere. I no longer wake up congested due to the air quality throughout the year. Its fairly low profile. Tuck it away in the corner of the room and you should be fine. Single speed is not too audible. Usually good to sleep through. Above that you will definitely hear the machine kicking in. At the highest speed, you are cranking up the speakers or putting on headphones. The filter replacements and variations are very simple to install and replace without being too costly. A little more than some cheaper alternatives, but this unit is a workhorse and just works as advertised, definitely recommended.

This has made a significant difference in air quality in my home. Purchased this end of 11/2022 for $84.97 + tax. Current price as of this review is $89.99. Before purchasing this item I did extensive research on air purifiers for my home. Well worth the price and so pleased with this purchase. Some have complained about loudness, but I have no issues with the sound of it running. If you dont want so much fan noise, simply run it at a lower level. Cleaning the filter is very simple. There is a timer feature that I have not used. I just plug it in and turn it on when I want. Very easy push buttons. The color is white and blends into the area where its placed. I believe it reduces dust in the house. Highly recommend.
