This cartridge was the wrong size for the Lexmark printer. I did try to put the cartridge in, as the Lexmark software said Lexmark 5600 printer, and the actual printer said something else. The seller of the cartridge had no idea the cartridge was wrong, but I blame the Lexmark people for putting the wrong software with this printer, and that I had to send it back (used) and pay a restocking fee. Just a bad experience that leaves Lexmark lame and unable to define their own products yet alone not allow refill cartridges to be placed in their printer without some technical glitch that does not allow anything but a Lexmark product to be used. So glad I have a Canon printer which rules over Lexmark. Seller is OK, but the product is stupid.

The Lexmark #32 black print cartridge was excellent and delivery was fast, will order again from Amazon.

With this product, you pretty much know what you are getting. Its the same product you would buy anywhere else, but you get it for a better price here.

Great price and it works. I had such bad experiences with the remanufactured refills, I just gave up and bought the name brand. Cant go wrong here. More ink than I expected for the price.
