Product is terrible quality. Bought this as a Christmas present and in less than 4 months the decal was completely peeling off.

Great item. Compliments the rear of my SUV

It appears as if the flag was not glued on properly. The upper right hand corner of the flag has peeled away from the steel backing.

It was great for about a month, then after a dozen or so car washes it was bent in on the edges, had to peel the flag off or risk it getting tore off and damaging my SUV.

Most likely the best experience I have had from a customer service point of view. I had a slight defect in my original purchase, so I contacted the seller hoping for some resolution. What I received in response far exceeded my expectations as the seller contacted me within hours of my initial inquiry and promptly sent a new and improved version in the mail within a couple days. I love the look and craftmanship, the seller should be commended, I would buy their products without hesitation.
