Greater than one weekI have owned this monitor for almost 2 years now. Pros: Basically dual monitors with no bezel. I can easily place two windows side by side without compromise. Thin bezel Good color Cons: The stand wobbles like crazy during normal use. As I am typing the whole monitor wobbles. Pixel density is noticeable. Not great at all. This is my biggest complaint with the monitor but it is expected for the price. Overall a good value

> 3 dayAs soon as the monitor was delivered, I opened the box with the excitement. During the assembly, I found two screws were missing that tighten up between monitor and body mount. I called the customer service but found they can ship the material in 2 weeks, not a good option. The next day early in the morning, I rushed into Home Depot and bought M4-10mm screws and fits great. I am very satisfied with graphic quality. I used Displayport to enjoy full 2560x1080 resolution rather than HDMI port.

> 3 dayThe screen looks good. I really like the multiple documents I can place and view at the same time. However, the three stars come from the fact that this model is described on Amazon as having 2 HDMI ports. Just look at the picture and it shows it has one on your marketing picture. You have the specs for another monitor stating it should have two ports (It does not). Please fix this especially if someone needs to use two HDMI ports for game hookups.

> 3 dayI came into the office this morning and plugged in my MacBook Pro to my 2 LG (29UM59A-P) monitors and all was good. 30 minutes into my day one of the monitors became flush with brightness with a darker splotch in the bottom right hand corner. In the time it took me to comprise the message to the Amazon seller asking about warranty (I bought this monitor in Apr 2019) the screen started going nuts projecting iridescent colors from the corner which used to be black. Minutes later I smelled smoke and looked down to see the bottom right hand corner of the panel smoldering. Thankfully I was sitting at my desk and was able to unplug the monitor before the burning escalated. What if I had walked away? What if it happened in the middle of the night? I called u/LG support to let them know that their product started on fire - and they responded like this is a pretty regular call they take. The first gal was nice - did actually apologize a couple times - took down all of my information, had me upload images (attached), and finished with a resounding you will need to pay for a technician to come out to diagnose the issue. Say what?! Your product - started on fire(!) - and I need to pay for a technician to evaluate it?! I then got transferred to the escalation department where things took a turn from moderately sympathetic to just straight business. They agreed to send a tech out for free (oh, how kind) and determine if the damage can be repaired. Yes, I am super interested in you repairing my monitor which caught fire. The bigger question is - how common is an LG screen burning? I have an identical monitor sitting right beside the burn victim - when is its time? I have an LG OLED on the wall at home with my pregnant wife and toddler - if it starts smoking she wont unplug it she will grab our little one and get out. Call me old fashioned but my assumption with consumer electronics is that fire should be extremely rare and when it does occur the manufacturer representatives should be aghast and sympathetic. Am I wrong in that assumption? Buyer beware when looking at LG products - hopefully this is rare, gladly it was caught quickly - but, lesson learned.
