We spent 9 months trying to decide on a good projector for backyard summer time use. We waffled between inexpensive ($150 or less) but worried about brightness vs expensive ($1000 or more). Finally settled on this for a mid range $566. We love it. It has plenty of connection ports (HDMI ARC, HDMI2, Audio, and more) but also streams via wi-fi and connects via Bluetooth. Just did a trial run in our backyard, and it exceeded our expectations for brightness and clarity on a 150 backyard screen. We are really looking forward to backyard use this summer. One drawback is its lack of ability to stream Disney or Amazon. It does have Netflix and Hulu already loaded though. After looking it up, I am reading that very few LG devices are capable of streaming Disney. We are happy enough with the ease of use, portability, and picture quality, that we will keep it and find another way to stream those services to it when needed. (Xbox, firestick, etc.)

You cannot adjusts the side angle. So unless you mount this perfectly straight, it will be distorted.

This is my new TV and I couldnt be happier. Had the nebula and it couldnt hold a candle to this thing( which is how bright the Nebula is btw). This is brighter by far and as bright as to be expected from a 600 ANSI projector. Ive had it on for 12hours and it doesnt get too hot. Picture is clear at 100inches and could go bigger with similar results I feel. Sound is enough but pairs well with my Sony Xbr-20. PlayStation, fire stick, TV antenna all hooked up at once and run well. Video games are amazing on it. Cant wait for football season. Only real gripe is the remote feels kinda cheap and is over crowded with non backlit buttons. Fan is audibly noticeable if sitting right next to it until you learn to drown it out like a screaming kid. Love it so far. Buy it and you cant go wrong.

The product is awesome, the only thing that i wasn’t totally satisfied was the brightness, but since is only 600 lumens I guess it is expected. However still very good

I really like this projector but out of nowhere it started getting lines on the image. Still probably will look into getting it fixed but it’s still a good projector.

First, I tried multiple lower priced portable projectors and was very, very unhappy with those other choices. This unit I had working in minutes and its menu and setup was very good. Acted just like my LG TV and because LG has licensing rights, you arent redirected to some China site to install very questionable apps to make the unit work. The other units I tried had menus partially in Chinese, required questionable apps that didnt work or they displayed text in Chinese for some of the menus or apps (no English with English selected) and I know a couple loaded tracking software because I ran Wireshark and it was sending data to China. This unit works as I expected. I am giving 4 stars because it works well and the programming is professional, not Chinese junk. I gave it 3 stars for brightness, because I just wont give a higher rating when its not enough for bright rooms. However, they are honest about its brightness and it works in moderate light conditions, and very well in low light. I bought it to project on to canvas for painting and it works great for that can move the unit to the right distance and get just want I want to trace with the image. The Bluetooth to my battery powered speakers works perfect and stays in-sync. Overall, I think this unit is much better than every other similarly priced or lower priced options. Plan to use it for football games this weekend. Didnt buy it for that, but its GREAT. Love the battery option. Overall we have thoroughly enjoyed this projector. There are only a few things keeping this from being a five star projector in my opinion. At this price point you would like to see an autofocus and some sort of zoom capability. The focus lever works fine, but other models at this price point have that autofocus. Also the remote basically has to be within 3 ft of the projector to work. Still not a deal breaker. The quality of the image is what makes it all worth it though. The picture is excellent and still clear when there is some light which is great at this price point.

Overall, the picture quality is very good. My dislike was that in order to watch it I had to pretty much darken the room to get that nice screen. It wasnt bad with some low light, but the picture got a bit pale with just a little light. Loved all the features that it came with... auto keystone, bluetooth, smart features and the battery powered to make it a true wireless projector. I found that the battery only lasted a little over an hour and not the 2.5 hours as listed. I found that putting it on sport mode gave me the brightest pictur, color and sharpness. That said, I had trouble with the bluetooth connectivity where it kept dropping the connection to my soundbar. I tried different bluetooth devices with it to make sure it wasnt just my bose soundbar and had the same results of dropping the connection. I ended up returning it based on the bluetooth drops. One of the reasons I bought this was so I wouldnt have to run wires across the room. So this, coupled with what I felt wasnt a bright enough picture with a little light in the room, i decided to go with another projector. But again, the picture qaulity on this was excellent. Just these two factors caused me to go with another projector.
