This monitor is great! I have a decent 4K tv in my office. That’s where I usually play games. I’ve switched to this monitor exclusively. The HDR, refresh rate, and overall quality are beyond what I expected. I can whole heartedly recommend this monitor. I use it for my Xbox series X and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

I had connected my PS5. It had a black screen and flickering but maybe it was the 4K that was not supported on the monitor. Idk, I unplugged power cord and plugged it again and worked. It looks great and all the positive reviews of the specs are true

I have been enjoying my new monitor. I bought this monitor to up my gaming station to at least the 2k range. I did not want to dive into the 4k monitors quickly start around $500. This monitor fits my needs as a mid-range quality monitor that is great for every day use between teleworking and gaming. So I would suggest this monitor to anybody who wants a quality monitor without having to break the bank.

Fantastic--I was able to get mine for about $250 used. That was a steal. Gaming performance is excellent. The LG even worked with my obscure video device called the OSSC. Retro gaming has never been better. The picture quality and brightness are both great. In fact, it is too bright for my taste. Really impressive what LG were able to get out of an IPS panel.

Packaging is very durable, great product for the most part. Display looks pretty good. My only complaint is the viewing angles are really not the best. See pictures for context, this is NOT the focus on the camera, the edges just get blurry at certain angles. This is not a major problem for me, just something I noticed that other similar displays had no issue with. Also worth noting, I am using a VESA mount so I am not able to provide feedback on the stand.

The best monitor I’ve ever had. Upgraded from 1080p to this baby and couldn’t have been happier. It’s worth paying a little extra for the LG brand and all that comes with it. Easy to set up and dependable, crazy good looking. Only thing I could use is a moveable stand. It tilts but doesn’t go up and down. Eventually I’ll have it mounted on a gas arm so no big deal. Perfect monitor

Great for gaming if all you want is a high refresh rate monitor with 1440p resolution, but everything else the monitor falls a bit short. Color accuracy, saturation, dynamic range, etc. are all just meh. If you have 2 monitors, itll be a struggle matching them. If its a single monitor, youll have no problem adjusting to the slightly washed out look.

I just got this monitor a day ago at the time of the review, so if anything changes I will update it. This monitor works great with both my Gaming Pc and the series X. The PC uses the G-sync and this monitor display 1440p 144hz perfectly. The display is so smooth compared to my 1080p 60hz monitor I was using. The xbox series x is also great on this monitor. I get 1440p 120hz on it with out a problem. This is an hdmi 2.0 monitor and not a 2.1 so dont go expecting 4k 120hz. Great monitor and have enjoyed it over the last 24 hours. Will update if anything changes since my early review of it.

I THOUGHT I bought the same monitor I bought for the wife several months ago. Same model, same brand, same page, etc. Except hers came with a stand that allows tilt and movement up and down. Boy was I disappointed when this one had neither. To top it off, it doesnt have an auto-detect input. I mean, it says it does, but it doesnt switch to the only source on (HDMI1) when its on, I have to manually switch it every time. Also, the AC adapter is a wall rat (one of those plugs that takes up more than 1 slot on a power strip), so keep that in mind as well. If you are going to use this monitor by itself, and you have your own stand, 10/10 get this monitor. If youre going to use it in conjunction with multiple inputs (more than 1 pc / laptop / anything ) and as a regular monitor stand, I highly suggest you purchase something else.

No it might not be the top of the line or the newest thing but it is certainly an excellent option for a monitor you can buy and basically forget about. I’ve had it for roughly 3 or 4 months so here’s a couple upsides and downsides. The pros are basically exactly what the monitor advertises. It’s pretty much a textbook ips monitor with vibrant colors, 144hz refresh, and 1ms delay. If you’ve been rocking 1080 and 60hz for awhile. Treat yourself, you will not go wrong with an upgrade like this and I promise you can most likely get over the downsides (as long as you find a decent price). However if your a gaming enthusiast or somebody downgrading there’s a couple things you certainly need to consider. The bad side. Backlight glow, yes this is an ips, your gonna notice it every now and then. All I can say is if you use nvidia control panel turn the brightness setting up and the contrast down, then turn the actual monitor brightness down as needed. You’ll lose some of the vibrancy with the colors but I find curbing some of the backlight glow to be more of a priority. That said I’m somebody that typically uses my computer in a dark room, sometimes with only my monitor on at night and I find the backlight to be manageable in that environment. You just might have to tweak your settings every now and then. The monitor is also quite hefty, if your planning on using a wall mount or some kind of system with height adjustment that doesn’t lock you may run into an issue with the weight of the monitor maxing out that stand. As for the stand that comes with the monitor, it does only have one adjustment but that personally hasn’t bothered me, there’s some comments suggesting buying a mount to replace it, I think it would be in your best interest to wait and see if that’s really a concern for you. The HDR function doesn’t really work as intended. Whatever, just turn it off That’s about it. You get what you pay for and in my opinion this is a good option at the price I paid which was $270 when I got it
