I bought a couple for my wife and they work great and she loves them. Perfect stocking stuffer. The plug is still pretty large and will cover other plugs up, depending on what you plug it into--so that is an issue with most of these. Very easy to get it set up, though. The remote is a bit odd--not in a bad way, but is unusual, being a disc.

The fact these can handle up to 16 amps and 1760 watts means you can plug in a space heater for remote control on and off, if desired. These come out of the box with the remote pre-programmed to just operate the one, which is good if you want to buy additional units to use for other devices within range. So far, these work perfectly, and couldnt be easier to use.

Exactly what I was looking for. My only qualm would be the small clicking noise the unit makes when switching power on or off but all remote systems seem to make that sound, so I think it’s just a required trade off for easy access to switches.

Exactly what I needed! Ordered this and it is really easy to set up and use. Perfect if you need an additional switch for a lamp or device without having new wiring added. Ordered another and will probably get a third one.

I have on nightstand so I can turn out the light when I go to bed.

This remote-controlled outlet is well-designed and easy to install. The magnetic attachment of the remote to the wall-mounting base plate is a very nice touch. The remote has the nice feature of pairing with multiple outlets, and it was appreciated that it came paired with the outlet, as I had no need to pair it with more devices- this was a time-saving feature. The outlet design is superb, not blocking other sockets in my wall outlet: unlike competitive items, it fits well regardless of whether the ground plug has to point up or down. Of the 2 remote-controlled outlets that I bought, this was the superior one, albeit a lot more expensive.

Nicely designed. The remote comes with a base that has a self adhesive and magnets to put on the wall. You can take the remote off. Works right out of the box. Excellent product. Thank you
