I order this backpack for a gift exchange with my best wish of the given cute design. However, the arrived product is completely different story. Disregard my disappointment, I would want to let people know that the backpack has issue with fading color at inside of the backpack, zip at front barely function, extreme hard to work with, the one I received has part of the inside even ripped . They need to check their quality compliance check for this backpack!

It is a very useful bag with lots of pockets and room for my work laptop, make up, wallets, etc.. but looks too much like a diaper bag.

I absolutely LOVE this bag! I have been looking for the perfect bag for so long. It fits my 17in laptop and all my medical things (stethoscope, etc) with room to spare! So roomy, so functional, so sturdy, and so fashionable! I’ve had so many friends ask me about it and purchase one of their own. I even ordered a second to have in case they go out of stock!

I love my lovevook booksack. I was looking for a more professional looking booksack for school that was still durable and had enough room.This booksack fits everything I need and has room for more. I personally got an additional sleeve for my laptop since this booksack doesn’t have as much padding as i would like for it but that’s just me being over protective of my laptop. It stood up just fine in the rain today, nothing inside was wet. It’s comfortable on my back and overall checks all my boxes. I 100% recommend it and would absolutely buy it again
