***UPDATE: reached out to the brand and the customer service was awesome. They immediately expedited a new bag after I gave them pictures and a video of the broken zipper. I honestly think mine was just a fluke because it’s so well made otherwise. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Jétais super contente de ce sac, mon ordinateur 17 pouces rentre (juste mais ça passe), il y a plein de rangements, il est beau et très pratique. Malheureusement, la fermeture éclair sest décousue en 1 semaine, je ne peux donc plus le fermer. Jai entamé la procédure pour le renvoyer. Je pense que ça doit être un défaut de celui que jai reçu, je vais donc en commander un autre identique en espérant que ce ne soit pas un défaut sur tous.

I didn’t care for the cheep tacky logo emblem that doesn’t quite match the color of the zippers and is right on the front of the bag. It made the whole bag look less classy and I was frankly embarrassed by it.

Looks as pictured, but cant get over the fact it looks exactly like a diaper backpack. I returned it and bought a Nordace (much more office commuter stylish).
