I purchased the 15 backpack for our trip to Europe and absolutely loved it! Tons of pockets, carries two water bottles and has a place to charge your phone! The style and color were absolutely perfect!! It fit perfectly under the airplane seat as well!

Great bag. Tons of pockets and have received lots of compliments, including a flight attendant who marveled how sophisticated it looks. One minor design flaw is how front pouch that holds pens and other smaller items only has one zipper. If you need to access anything, the full range of the zipper is required and smaller items can easily fall out. A double zipper would be better!

This bag was great. I ended up sending it back because I was afraid of the white and also I felt kind of like it looked like I was too old. But it’s beautiful. If you like it it is great quality and it has a great little lock.

If you like pockets this bag is for you! There are so many and you just keep finding them. I ended up taking this to Vegas and due to unforeseen circumstances I had to use this as a throw up bag... which resulted in leaving the bag in Vegas. I ordered a new ones and its a little different then the original one I had purchased which is why I gave it a 3 star. My first one had a wider strap in the back for luagge purposes and the pockets seemed to be a little different as well. Overall LOVE the bag. Just buy it. You wont regret it.

I love this bag. It is so cute and has so much space. The only problem I have is that I think it was a returned product because I found eye drops and an eraser in the bag.!.! Lol but I still love it.

I work as a para at an elementary school. I travel from class to class and it holds everything and is so comfortable while wearing it. Had some issues with the lock as i use this feature to keep little fingers out and the company was amazing at communicating and getting my user error resolved. All in all a great bag with great customer service. Highly recommend

They reached out after the review and offered an exchange/refund for one of their other backpacks. Very few, if any, companies care enough to go to this length to satisfy a customer. This company and its customer service are keepers! Original Review: I have a love/hate relationship with this backpack. I love the number of pockets and its sturdiness. I hate the way it protrudes off the back and looks like a bowling ball bag. I want to hide it away and yet it does its job. *SIGH*

I love this backpack! The colors are the same as the pictures and its very sturdy for travel. I had an issue with mine initially, and the seller was so nice and sent me a replacement with no issue! Great seller and would buy again!
