> 3 dayThis works wonderful in a car seat. I especially like the fact that it straps in. We strapped it in around the back of our 4yr old granddaughter. She loves it. Everything is within reach for her including her waterbottle, pens, paper and if she doesnt want to write on the paper she can use the Whiteboard. We packed it with a pad of paper, crayons, colored pencils and wipe off markers. Everything fits in there so nice. Its a great idea that you can close it up when they get out of their car seat. They can bring it in the restaurant or wherever youre going. If you choose to bring it in a restaurant, keep in mind that it is on the bigger side. It does take up some room. The tablet display option is also very good. She used my phone inside of it because we dont own a tablet. It works just as well. using this one time I decided to purchase another one for my six-year-old grandson.

> 3 dayPurchased for a road trip, and it didnt work for us. It was challenging to set up and collapsed easily. It ended up in the bottom of the trunk most of the trip. Maybe it would work for some, but not for us.

> 3 dayI really like this idea! The tray itself is way more sturdy than I thought it was going to be! However the one thing I don’t like is that you have your child out of their seat to put it on. If your child is already strapped into the car the strap doesn’t fit around the car seat (at least our big Britax car seats), and the other option is behind their body but again if they are strapped in you can’t go behind their body. There were times during our road trip I wanted to give it to them but it just had to balance on their lap which iPad OKAY with my 3 year old but definitely not my 1 year old! Overall it’s still a decent purchase just wish it was easier to install on the go as needed!

> 3 dayThis is a very convenient tray to have for a toddler. I honestly havent used it for traveling just yet but we use it daily to keep busy activities contained. It can be used for several things. The only thing I would change is the space for the clear tablet holder and thats why its not getting five stars. Realistically, toddler tablets need a special cover so that they dont destroy it within the first week. This cover makes the tablet a lot thicker and it does not fit with room enough for my daughter to put it inside and take it out by herself. So that was extremely frustrating for both of us. For now, its holding coloring pages and thin books we rotate weekly.

> 3 dayThe buckle on the strap broke on the second day of use. The velcro isnt really strong enough to hold itsself together or to hold any objects in place. Wouldnt recommend.

> 3 dayjust fine, I bought it second hand and I see that they returned it because the fabric on one of the sides was torn, apparently the fabric is not very good in the area where the zippers are

Greater than one weekI bought these for my 5 and 6 year old for vacation. They were perfect for eating, drawing, coloring, workbooks and playing with small toys. My kids are good for dropping things and needing help getting it or something else. We didn’t have that issue once with these ‘lap desks’. My son loves playing with small plastic animals, figurines and action figures. This was very handy keeping those together and allowed him to play for hours. We leave them strapped to the front seats now and my kids use them whenever we are in the car over 10 minutes. They love them and the independence it gives them.

> 3 dayI bought this for my son that sits in the back of my van for an 11 hour drive. It was PERFECT to hold EVERYTHING that he would have asked me for throughout the drive. The one draw back that I found is that he had to have help to get it off of his lap because of the strap.

> 3 dayGreat for the multi-hour car trip! Very easy to unhook and rehook at rest stops. I bought Dry Erase Crayons for it. Didn’t even know those existed! I wouldn’t say any of the holders or pockets were terribly useful since he couldn’t really reach most of them and kept pulling off the Velcro, but the tray part was great!!

> 3 dayWe loved this table so much. My 3 year old used it on both flights. I took a star simply because of the size. I loved the size once in use but its difficult to travel/fly with. It wont fit in a back pack and I could barely fit it in my carry on (larger sized) suitcase. As a result, I put it behind me on the second flight to then grab and go offloading and put in the carry on later. With the craziness of packing up two kids, carry ons, and a car seat, I forgot it was behind me in the seat and I left it! I didnt realize it until a few days into our trip! Again, its great on the plan once set up and wouldnt be an issue if traveling by car. Wish it was easier to pack. Otherwise we loved it in the short time we had it.
