Overall, a great sketchbook. The rings are easy to bend out of shape, but just as easy to put back and secure in place. The paper is a really great at holding pigment, and handles water damage relatively well, and the cover is nice and sturdy as well

Obviously a scam company says 2 books 160 pages only get 1 book ,80 pages.

Its exactly what I hoped it would be. Plain black covers, ring-bound, perforated, and ivory pages. I needed a new book to use for my daily art journaling practice, and this was a great solution. Pages are a bit smaller than 9x12. So far its held my chalk pastel work and calligraphy beautifully.

The set has been purchased as a part of a gift for my very arty granddaughters. These are great sketchbooks. I have also bought 2 sets for Mixed Media in A5 and A4 sizes. Perforation of the pages is a nice helpful feature. The price/quality ratio is correct.

These are nice, sturdy sketchbooks with tear out pages, but it is worth noting that the paper has a bit of tooth to it, fountain pens tend to scratch and drag a bit compared to a smoother paper. It would be nice with graphite.

A solid pair if sketch books at a good price. I like the hardcovers, so far I like the paper...no complaints.
