The product is totally excellent! Exactly got what I really want! There is a smell slightly on the surface of the product. Apart from that one, Id like to give perfect score to the product.

I wish there was more padding, but the backpack is big enough for my Alienware m17. Be careful when you’re setting your backpack down since there’s little to no padding and the strap holding the laptop usually unstraps itself in the backpack. It fits my binder and my other school stuff too. It’s big but not waterproof.

It is a good alternative to those pricier options out there. This one is spacious and fit my needs.

I bought this bag for my son to use as a school backpack. Just carrying regular items like books, folders, tablet etc. the adjustment clip that connects the shoulder strap broke within a few weeks. The bag is good quality, but the clips are flimsy plastic and have very weak points. I tried to contact the seller to get replacements, but going through Amazon they can not be reached.

Comfort

The 17.3 Inch Laptop Backpack is great. Although the looks varied a bit from how it is depicted in the picture. The padding is less at the sites and at the bottom and this may provide less cushioning effect to the laptop edges. The material (quality) is a bit softer than I had expected and not I am not sure of the durability since I just started using it. But overall, I recommend this product to those who have laptops that have bigger screen dimensions.

Bag straps are very comfortable, the material is durable, very good quality bag

I ordered this as my computer/go bag for work. It has held up really good the last 3 months. My one complaint is the zippers to the smaller two pouches only go one direction. The main zipper has two that go both ways.
