Overall this product works but dont expect ease of use/application or a permanent solution. This is more of an emergency fix or maybe a longer one if its something more superficial.

If youve ever had to get emergency filler and used the stuff that comes in a little bottle, youve probably found it to be a waste of time. Its grainy, doesnt work well and even after successful placement, it crumbles and falls out quick and doesnt really protect your tooth at all. This kit absolutely works! Best material Ive used to date. Some complain it sets too fast, but I think you want something to set fast. It should be ready to adhere quickly so you can close your mouth and go about your day without worry. Go to YouTube and watch videos before using! I recommend you educate yourself on strategies others have used with this product before simply doing it. The knowledge, wisdom you gain is paramount. This product absolutely works and holds fast, for a long time! If your trips between tooth issue and a dental visit is more than a couple days, then this is the product for you! I had 2 teeth giving me issue. One was a front tooth where the side cracked off and fell away, and at the same time a filling fell out! Crazy I know! Life and its spicy challenges. :) I digress.... This kit fixed both a side of tooth issue, as well as a missing filling issue on a molar. Which basically means I got esthetic value from it looking like a tooth, to the rigid and durable strength I needed when it filled both the side of tooth and the hole in my molar. After a couple hours I decided to try and eat. With temp fillers I am used to eating only soft foods as regular foods would destroy their temporary filling product. So I went for something soft. I could instantly tell this was a good product. So later that day I ate Steak! And had Tortilla Chips! The filler inside the mole and the front tooth filling both held up with no problems at all. 4 days later, I am eating without any worries whatsoever. The only downfall to this product is, it works TOO WELL!!! It might give you the experience that youve repaired your tooth and no dental visit is necessary! Make the appointment. Its whats happening behind the repairs that needs a professional... ;)

My crown fell off Sat night, and I was due to to fly to Hawaii Mon morning. My dentist was closed and I could not find a dentist open on Sun. I ordered this product, received it Sunday, and was set to go. I followed the directions included in the package, after re-attaching the crown, I rolled up a piece of napkin and bit down as hard as I could to re-attach the crown. I then used floss gently to remove the excess. Today, almost 2weeks later, I had my dental appointment to have the dentist fix it. They could not remove it! They were impressed with the quality of this product.

I had a crown fall off while waiting to see the dentist concerning an abscess in the adjacent tooth. I used this to reinstall it. The instructions were clear, and it was easy enough to work with (I watched a couple videos, first). Others cautioned to work quickly as it dries quickly. I did work quickly but I didnt feel pressured -- it didnt seem like it was drying so rapidly that I was in danger of not finishing in time. The biggest issue I was worried about was possibly putting too much adhesive into the crown and I would wind up squeezing it out trying to get the crown into position. Perhaps I got lucky -- I pressed it right into place and bit down on it for the prescribed period and it seems to be in quite solidly. Theres a lot left over so I should be ready if I have similar issues in the future. My only complaint was that the bottle of liquid was difficult to open, like the lid was sealed shut. In trying to twist off the cap, I got a nasty cut from what appeared to be dried leakage from the bottle which had a sharp barb sticking out.

Take your time mixing, and FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. I made an extra large batch so I could slather it all the the groves and then scrape out the rest. Not gonna lie, I spent half the day with dental tools trying to scrape out the excess because I had a layer that was too thick right where one tooth meets up, but once I got it level, it seemed to work out. Maybe a good idea, once I got everything set, I took the hardener formula and put it over the filling to harden it up more, seems to have worked. Ive only had the product in for may maybe a week but it actually lasted longer than the rush job my dentist did believe it or not. If I remember, Ill post an update in the future. But keep in mind, even if I end up needing to redo it a few months from now, theres still plenty of product left and its cheaper than paying for a crown right now.... That being said, always see your dentist regularly in case you have a tooth infection or cavity. Thats my public service announcement.

This product helped with my cracked tooth. I’m in Arizona and my dentist is in Florida so it was needed until I get back to Florida.

Great product I’ve ordered twice, it lasts forever but I would suggest not directly biting into things that are too hard

This stuff is pretty darn good . . . and I definitely dont regret buying it as well I highly recommend this product, but it all depends on what youre using it for. Dont be fooled by comment claims that people are making entirely new teeth then eating as normal while those teeth last for months on end because I can tell you from experience that is not the case. I have a bottom, back broken molar that was filled a long time ago and over the years it has deteriorated to the point that the only dentist fix is extracting and replacing it. But I dont have thousands of $s lying around to do that, and that particular molar is the only one I have left on my bottom left jaw and I dont want it pulled, so I happened upon this product after hours of perusing the internet. The first few times of refilling/repairing my broken molar had the filling lasting only a day or two before I had to refill it with more of this dental putty because what I used crumbled away. But thats because the comments that you can start eating as normal again after only an hour or so convinced me that I could. Now, after many uses of this product I fill my molar and it lasts about a week or so WITHOUT ME CHEWING ON THAT SIDE before I need to refill it again. But thats okay with me because it is saving me lots of money. Just be aware that the first few times you use it you will make mistakes in a trial-by-error process, though after that youll get the hang of it. You take a scoop of powder, cut it in half, apply two drops of the liquid, mix those drops with half the powder for 15 or so seconds, then you mix the rest of it together for 45 or so seconds. After that you have about 30 seconds max to apply it to your tooth and set it/pack it into place before it fully hardens. Ive found it easiest to go through this process then after that just take the little wad of putty, place it on my fingertip and apply it directly that way to my tooth instead of using the utensils provided, as this ensures the best packing/coverage of the exposed area of tooth. After that I avoid chewing on that side of my mouth as much as possible because doing so more rapidly deteriorates this temporary dental putty (one of the main reasons why I bought this stuff was the sharp, broken edges of my molar were constantly cutting into the inside of my cheek, and this stuff fixes that problem really well really fast). Pretty much I now have to reapply the putty to my molar around once per week, maybe even a little longer. I WISH there was a permanent bonding version of this available instead of this temporary solution, but I guess thats what paying big bucks to the dentist is actually for. All in all I still definitely recommend this product, but be aware that people claiming theyve fixed their teeth, or even created entirely new teeth, then eat as normal while this stuff lasts for months is simply untrue. Dont get me wrong, I am glad I discovered and use this product (I actually bought a second back-up kit about two weeks after buying and using the first), but it is in no way a permanent fix. I gave it four stars because it doesnt last nearly as long as described, but it does an amazing job of fixing a broken tooth . . . however temporary. I would advise buying one of these dental repair kits even if you dont need it just to have it on hand in case of a dental emergency. It will provide you a quick fix that will hold you over until you can see a dentist or, like me, prolong your eventual dentist visit if your situation is not an emergency.
