Greater than one weekHad a few other bags from back in the day and decided i needed an upgrade. This is well worth the price and was able to pack everything i needed for atleast a week, plenty of room for my extra shoes and laptop! Fit in the compartment in the plane no problem...not bad for an old bag huh...

> 3 dayMy review just covers receiving the item on time and how it looks: good materials and well manufactured. It maximizes the use of every corner and area for storage use. It’s also very well padded for comfortable carrying. I haven’t taken it for a road trip yet which will be the best test

> 3 dayThe size of the backpack is fine. The straps are reasonably comfortable. But the functionality of the pockets is disappointing. The original trip I bought it for was cancelled and by the time I got to actually try and use it it is now too late to return. The exterior pocket for a water bottle is so small only an actual 16.9 oz plastic bottle with flexibility will fit. It is too short and too narrow to fit a metal reusable bottle. The vertical zipper compartments on the front are small and don’t extend very far. Not really useable for much. The front exterior pocket that goes side to side has almost no give and again super hard to use since I can’t even get my hand in it when the bag has contents. The larger compartment with organizers has a half zip open. But the design is also poor. The zipper doesn’t allow you to open the compartment enough to actually see the zipper mesh pocket or other compartments so those organizers are useless. I like the fabric and the feel of the zippers. But the poor design and functionality means I’ll be donating this bag since I can’t return it. Really annoyed.

> 3 dayThough I bought this backpack for international travel thinking it would open flat like a suitcase and allow me to carry more than a typical backpack, I did a trial run domestically this month. The backpack is comfortable even when loaded and it does hold more items as I had hoped. It has a number of pockets that help with organization. I am, however, terribly disappointed in the mesh side pockets which are almost too small for a 16oz plastic water bottle and definitely wont hold a travel bottle that you could refill. I even had trouble getting my mini umbrella in!! In our current day, I think all backpacks should have external mesh pockets with the ability to easily hold at least a 24 oz water bottle for travel and a standard travel umbrella.

> 3 daythe bag has a lot of pockets, so you can carry a lot of things in every compartment. Careful though, not to carry to much weight as the buckles are somewaht weak. Had to purchase another one as was carrying too much weight and the buckle simply broke.

> 3 dayAbsolutely love this bag. Bought it last min before a trip to Hawaii and this bag literally does it all. Used it as my carry on and even with a full change of cloths (and shoes) two full size tablets, power brick and two stets of noise cancelling headphones, the bag was still comfortable to wear, fit easily under the seat in front of me, and still provided ample front pocket space for items I needed to reach in a hurry: ie wallet, car keys, etc. I was so impressed with it that I bought a second one. Absolutely love it!
