The bag isnt rigid enough so no matter how you pack it, its lumpy. There isnt a fastener for the front of the shoulder straps, which is an easy addition that should have been added. There are so many pockets that it decreases the overall space inside the bag. This bag cant decide if its a 3-4 day trip bag or a two day bag and it suffers by that lack of a decision. for a 2 day bag its way too bug but for a 3-4 day bag its lacking for storage space due to the overengineering of the inside. Someone took a roller bag, made the sides soft. removed the wheels, made shoulder straps, and added 15 pockets. The idea is there but a version three versions from now will be worth owning.

Packed 2 weeks worth of clothes in this bag and it did great! My only complaint is the exterior charger didnt work. No big deal. The back pack is great!

I hate that airlines nickel and dime you for everything nowadays, but this bag is fantastic!! It counts as your personal item (Ive used it on Spirit no problem) and fits under the seat in front of you, so no more fighting for space in the overhead bins. I could not believe how much I could fit in this bag!!! I used it for a week long trip to disney world and was able to fit a 25L day pack hiking backpack, 5 long sleeve sun protective shirts, 7 pairs of underwear, 3 bras, 2 pairs of cargo capris, 7 pairs of socks, pajamas, a swim suit, a pair of high top sneakers, flip flops, a sun hat, a sun parasol, sun screen, a box of 40 face masks, a liter water bottle, 30 individual sleeves of Gatorade powder, a back up battery pack, shampoo and conditioner bars, my kindle, and probably even more stuff that I am forgetting now. It is comfortable to wear on your back even when completely filled to the brim. I also used this bag for a weekend road trip to a wedding and was able to fit everything for the whole weekend with room to spare. If you use this on just one flight, it pays for itself. The only thing I would change is adding a chest strap, other than that its the perfect bag.

Going to try to keep this short and sweet. This bag can fit A LOT. I’ve used it a few times for traveling and have fit two pairs of shoes, 4-5 shirts, a pair of jeans and shorts, toiletries, chargers, laptop, etc and I’ve still had some room left over. For more context, I roll my shirts, put socks and underwear in shoes, and use a plastic bag as my toiletry bag. I’m currently traveling in an airplane for the first time with it and writing this review pre-takeoff…. Since I’m cheap and didn’t want to pay for a carry-on through Frontier, I thought I’d test my luck based on the reviews I’ve read about people having no issue using this as a personal item (for budget airlines, personal items are free of charge while a carry-on can be $40+). I measured my bag using the airport measurements. As you can see from the picture, it doesn’t fit *perfectly* however, I’d be hard pressed to believe that a gate attendant would care (unless of course, they’re taking their job too seriously that day). It does fit under the seat as well. Although this actually wasn’t a short and sweet review, in summary, you should find solace knowing you *should* be fine using this bag as a personal item. If you look at other reviews, people have STUFFED this bag and still had no issue using it as a personal item. Ultimately, it’s comfy and spacious, and does what you need it to do.

This was perfect for my two weeks in Japan. Plenty of size for anything you need. The shoe compartment is cool. USB attachment for battery use. Great find!

The only thing I didnt love about this bag was that there is no chest buckle or hip strap. This made it uncomfortable to carry through the airport while also wheeling other luggage. I realize that a hip strap is a lot to ask of a backpack this size, but I think a chest strap would make a big difference and other models by this company have one. However you can fit a lot of stuff into it (which makes it heavy, which is why you need a chest buckle) and it does fit under an airplane seat.
