The bag was nice and fits under the front seat. However it was missing a major part inside. Contacted manufacturer and was told missing part was not in stock. Don’t know when it will be available. Poor customer service.

Almost perfect, just a hair taller would be nice.

I really like how lightweight this luggage is. Great pockets and lots of room for items.

Great size bag but even though it says underseat, Frontier could/will still flag it as not personal item safe.

This was nice and good for what I needed which was to have a personal item with wheels. You can fit more in a backpack or soft bag but I have back issues and wanted the wheels. Lightweight, semi sturdy. I took the insert out, the zippers caught in places. Its good but for the price I wanted more but Ive found with luggage that you overpay unless youre getting a Tumi or something so...is what it is?

As easy to carry as a regular tote & holds ALOT! I packed 2 outfits (including sweater & boots) as well as necessities for a weekend away with no trouble.

Fits under the seat, but also fits really well in those smaller over head bins. You know the ones that dont usually fit a small carry on, because they arent deep enough. The handle seems stronger than most and wheels really easy.

This is a great carry on; fits under even narrow seat space in front of you. The only thing I didnt like was that velcro strip/snap thingy thats supposed to keep the front from falling open. Other people complained about it, too. For some reason it makes the zipper harder to close, or that could be because the zipper goes up in an arch instead of straight across. Love the padded pocket. I took out the hanging bag and didnt use it. It doesnt hold as much as my old rolling carry on, but it fits under all seats and is very light weight. I bought it to match my 25 super light weight suitcase of the same brand (which I love). I liked being able to stack this over the handle of the bigger suitcase. I wish it had 4 wheels, but I imagine its lighter with just 2, and it also fits better under seats I suppose.
