This made my old cable to my subwoofer look like a toy. Besides being twice the thickness in the wire section, noise was certainly lowered. Just like with an older car, treat your subwoofer to a spark plug change and hear the difference.

Right out of the box this cable didn’t work. Maybe I had a lemon, but I ended up spending a little more on a high-end cable instead of using this one.

Sturdy - hooked up once and expect it to last a lifetime. Tip and shell made solid connections with equipment jacks - Im not worried about corrosion developing over time or being pulled free by its own weight.
