Melbourne Hardside Expandable Spinner Wheel Luggage, Two Tone Navy, Carry-On 20-Inch

Granddaughter loves the luggage! Unfortunately the website was not clear, and two suitcases were purchased, but only one was desired. How do I return the second item and obtain reimbursement?

One star because I was sent a different style than pictured. I received a suitcase with a yellow handle, yellow trim, and bright yellow wheels - not anything like the picture.

Light weight and sassy!

Nice looking very light CHEAP material to make luggage out of you can bend in your hand a light touch. I went away for weekend just putting in back seat easy to get scratched does not roll easy on four wheels or two. I will not use to travel with again just use for Storage of guest bedding and towels.

Easy to handle. Holds a lot of clothing. I like the divided interior.

If I could give this no stars I would have. After maybe 6 airplane trips and 5 land trips the handle is starting to pull away from the body of the suitcase. There is a warranty from the manufacturer but they charge $30 to process and replace/repair the defective product. Since it is clearly a manufacturing issue as I have not misused the suitcase I find it disingenuous of them to charge so much for their lack of workmanship. If you do not stand behind your product you should stop making it!!

After my last trip, my cats turned my old carry on into a scratching mat so I needed something to replace it. This was the largest size I could use and still be within the restrictions of on-board luggage for most major airlines so I decided to order it despite some negative reviews about the exterior being easily damaged.

Bought as a gift for a heavy traveler and has held up great and loves the design and storage space.

Sooooo cute. Very glossy & colorful. Not too childish. Easily maneuverable. Bought this for a gift for my 24 yr old daughter & she loves it. Uses it too transport her hairdresser items to & from the shop as she also does hair in peoples homes. Very sturdy.

I’ve decorated it with stickers from several cities in Alaska while here,will go south soon and add some more miles and stickers!Its a great carry on,or whatever.
