Great bag very sturdy and stylish

I got this bag for my son to use for his new job. He LOVES it! It is well-made and has a lot of pockets and room for all his gear as an IT specialist. It looks professional, but not stuffy, which was a requirement of his. It seems that it will wear well, I will update the rating if it doesnt.

My main concern is how it will hold up. Even though my laptop is narrower than the advertised measurements, its difficult to get it in there. Im concerned about the zipper because I dont just stuff it and there have been a couple close calls. In the future, Id probably just buy a larger bag. In the main pouch, I can fit my laptop, a thin notebook, and a book (which stand up side by side because otherwise it strains the bag) without overloading it. My previous planner wont fit well, its too thick. The back pouch carries my laptop charger and the front pouches hold post it notes and my phone charger. This bag works fairly well for me and would likely work even better for someone with less carrying needs. If you carry much more than this, Id find a larger bag.

The bag has label to register the item in their site for lifetime guarantee but he site is down. Other than that, the quality is very good, but there is not much space as described in the the pictures

Purchased this last year for Christmas. Not quite a year. Used 3 times a week with light contents. Shoulder strap has broken twice. Expected better

The bag is so well built and sturdy and the materials are thick and high quality. This satchel will last me forever Im sure. It is a bit stiff though, but it functions for what I need it for, and I dont want to have to buy another one for a long time. Great bag, highly recommend.
