Greater than one weekMy family loves the scent of the pink grapefruit hand soap. I like it because Im sensitive to scents but this one doesnt bother me. I love the packaging - easy to store, pour - less waste. Gentle on my hands but cleans well.

> 3 dayI have used this product for years. We have very hard water. I have very sensitive skin. It lathers up well & does not dry out my hands and it cleans. I find the lavender scent to be mild & clean smelling. The floral bouquet doesnt offend nor does it cling to ones skin.

> 3 dayVery plesant scent especially if you love citrus aroma but I had noticed literally 1st day I was using it that my hands are dry and skin has started to crack. I wash my hands a lot daily so can judge the quality of soap by my skins condition which in this case was not very good. Probably will not repurchase and will definitely go back to my usual brand which I love.

> 3 dayI purchase this quite frequently & notice the moisture isnt there, but I just fill my soap bottle 3/4 with soap & the rest with castile & it works great & lasts months.

> 3 dayOnly soap my very sensitive skin can tolerate. I wash my hands many times a day and with any other soap I break out with red hives from it. This soap is the only one I know won’t irritate my skin so I actually bring a travel container of it with me whenever I’m traveling or going anywhere!

> 3 dayI get cheaper liquid soap in jugs for less per ounce, but it is such a bear trying to refill our dispensers. This bag with its tiny mouth that fits INSIDE the dispensers mouth, and the softness of the package makes refilling so much easier and neater, down to the last drop. If only it cost less. The smell is FANTASTIC. My son refused to use the last jug of discount liquid I bought because the smell was awful.

> 3 dayMethod is a San Francisco-based company specializing in environmentally friendly cleaning products, both for the home and for personal use. Theres no animal testing, and, with the exception of their tallow-containg dryer sheets, no animal products are used. Pink grapefruit hand soap is an effective and gentle product that cleans well with no sudsing action. It has a very noticeable grapefruit smell, it will seem fresh and energizing to some, but will (naturally) repulse those who dont like the scent of grapefruit. While there are no articifial scents, and the grapefruit scent is not harsh or overpowering, it is definitely not fragrance-free. The soap contains naturally-derived, biodegradable ingredients and contain vitamin E and aloe. However, their website (methodhome.com) informs us also that for intellectual property reasons we do not give out the specific names of the chemicals we use. For various reasons, this is not an antibacterial soap (for example, method believe that antibacterial soap is not necessary given 20 seconds of washing with an non-antibacterial soap, that overuse of such ingredients might lead to increased bacteria resistance, and that these agents biodegrade more slowly than others--see website for more information). Bottom line: If grapefruit is OK with you, this is an excellent product that gets the job done with little or no environmental impact.
